3. Don't rent many referrals if you still should wait too long time to buy upgrade membership.

    You may try rent 5 to 10 refs then evaluate when nearly expire date. Are they making profit or not.

4. Rent Referrals when nearly upgrade time, (1-2months), at this step you may rent refs referrals

    until limit of standard membership. (300 refs), then upgrade to golden $90. the faster the better. 

    because you should make earning with rent referrals. It's hard to rent refs in Upgrade membership
